Maybe it's a bit strange that I'm not doing it too haha so: I am Cordelia, I love reading books where the characters go on a journey, books with unreliable narrators and also some crime fiction, too. I live in London and Hampshire and run The Book Fairies :)

Oh wow, we should feature Wales one month based on your recommendations then! Thank you for introducing yourself Rhea :)

I am Sylvie and I live in Aveyron (somewhere in the middle of nowhere in South of France^^). I love reading books particularly historical and mystery. A little bit of romance is always appreciated too :-) I love discovering new things through my reading.
Can't wait for new adventures with the book fairies !!

loved how you told us what book you are reading currently!
I'm reading Richard dawkins' book "the greatest show on earth"

I am OurReadBooks, but my real name is Jolie. I live in the Netherlands, but when I turn eighteen I want to move to the UK.
Besides my love for reading I am also a feminist and writer. I am now reading 'Lean In' from Sheryl Sandberg. The most of the books that I've read and like to read are autobiographies because I love to see the world from someone else's view and I think you can learn so much from others.
That was it and i wish you all a wonderful day :)

I live in Utah, USA. I love to read so many different topics! Besides reading too much, I'm an indie author and a mother of 3. I. Can't wait to find out what books we'll be jumping into!

I'm from Portugal but have also lived in Brazil!
I'm a proud bookworm and I love to read mysteries, thrillers and romance books! To be honest, I'll read anything!!
My favorite book is The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown :)
I can't wait to meet you all and to start reading the books!

My name is Kristina, and my superhero name is the NEPA Book Fairy out of the bustling metropolis of Scranton, PA.
Less commonly, I also go by Mom but that's only from my three boys. I am married and I am a stay at home Mama Bear. I love to travel, especially camping around the northeastern United States. Many will argue, but it truly is a beautiful place to live and visit being rich with history, culture and geography. We have mountains, valleys, rivers, lakes, oceans and so much more. My favorite, however, is the four strong and distinct seasons. Snowy winters, flower budding springs, warm and humid (that I don't love so much) summers and falls that are so beautifully colored the images will never leave your soul.
I should mention I'm a bit of a gabber and tend to be long winded. However, I feel that the gift of word is something that should be shared with love, positivity and gratitude and because of that, I tend to overshare so please forgive me.
I love contemporary fiction and literature as well as memoirs. I also have a soft spot for historical fiction of the Victorian age and Russian literature. I love me some Dostoyevsky.
Consider this post the first novel of our new book club.
Hugs,
K

I'm Grace! Can't wait to get to know you all. I'm from Ireland, currently living in Dublin. I love book fairying, reading, and planning reading lists... :-)
I love so many writers and genres, but if you fave me a book by... F. Scott Fitzgerald, Irene Nemirovsky, Paulo Coelho, Douglas Coupland, Angela Carter, Margaret Atwood, I would be a very happy reader!
Can't WAIT to start reading with you all!! X

My name is De and I live in Methuen, Massachusetts. I love to read fiction, thrillers and mysteries.
I am currently a stay at home Mom who volunteers throughout my community, but especially through the Girl scouts.
My daughter and I are avid readers and are trying to read 500 books by the end of the year. Currently we are at 206.
Can't wait to read our first book.

I enjoy reading almost everything. Lately I've been staying away from "intense"/"heavy" books and rereading one of my favourite old series - The Chalet School. Have you read it? :)

My name is Lindsay and I live in Canada. A book I love to read is The Hobbit (every 1-2 years if I get a chance). Everything Tolkien is my jam, but I will read almost anything (especially something recommended to me!). My dog and I love to drop books where we live (@hudsonthegoldie on Instagram). It is so much fun to be a part of a book-loving community! Can't wait to join discussions and get to know all you other book fairies!
Lindsay 💙

Hi, this is J.M. Wong from Hong Kong!! My favorite genre of books is Fantasy, especially Urban Fantasy. I do read a few romantic novels but only when they have other meanings that can be brought out other than purely the element of love. Books I am currently reading include The Little Shop of Happy-Ever-After" by Jenny Colgan( Romance novel) and "The Magicians" by Lev Grossman (Fantasy novel). I am also writing my own Urban Fantasy series, so it would be create if anyone can recommend some folktales, fairytales, legends or fantasy works from their own culture or countries for me reference when I write my own stories because my aim is to create this magical world where all cultures are included and co-exists ^^

I'm Carleanne and I currently live, work and Book Fairy in London. I work in Marketing full time. I am one of the original fairies who has been helping out the wonderful Cordelia, since Books on the Underground! I recently celebrated my 2nd Book Fairy Anniversary. I'm into reading anything that makes me laugh or cry. I'm currently reading Moriarty by Anthony Horowitz, because who doesn't love Sherlock Holmes (and Midsomer Murders)?!

Cant wait to get to know and read with you all!

My name is Kaitlynne. I live and work in Columbus, Ohio. I work for two ceramics magazines. I love reading and being able to spread that love and enjoyment with others through being a Book Fairy. I try to read as much as I can and enjoy fiction, dystopian, thriller and some non-fiction.
This sounds like a great group. :)

My name is Aoife and I'm from Dublin, Ireland. I'm in the process though of moving with my family to Sligo which is in the north-west of Ireland. I'm also starting a new teaching job so my reading time isn't as much as I'd like it to be at the moment!
I'll read anything really but my go to's would be Terry Pratchett, Angela Carter, Neil Gaiman, Margaret Atwood, Tracy Chevalier and Siri Hustvedt.
Really looking forward to starting our 1st book! :)
