I think this is my first read with this group. Is someone going to lead a discussion, or is there a schedule?

Great to have you join us! Generally, we read a book over a month but we don't have a reading schedule within that month. Everyone who wants to join jumps in whenever it suits them and reads at their own pace. You can just post your thoughts as you read. Danielle is the discussion leader this time but everyone is welcome to contribute, ask your own questions, give references, point out whatever comes to your mind. So, we have discussion leaders but everyone can contribute to giving shape to a discussion.

I started reading this last night and will post first thoughts in the spoiler thread.
