So, I've started reading this! ^^

Chapter 3
(view spoiler)[So far is ok, a little funny a little cringy at some parts, but i like both characters so far. And Simone Elkeles is the type of easy going writer :) .
I'm sad Carlos doesn't find Kiara hot, but I have a feeling she is, very XD. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 11
(view spoiler)[I can't believe they put drugs in his backpack! Well, is Carlos's fault for going out with the wrong crowd. Madison reminds me of Jennifer from "Please Ignore Vera Dietz" and that bitch got the guy killed. Just to show that dating the hot miss popularity is not always good for your health, or your reputation :P .

Chapter 25
(view spoiler)[Wow, this is getting so cute! I think that the 2 characters could interact a little more before going all into swoon mode, but I'll blame it on teenage hormones. Also, Tuck is so freaking funny XD. Actually, this book is funny overall. I like Kira's family as well :) . (hide spoiler)]

@Heather, are you still reading this? I think I might finish it today because the story is super cute and I've been craving for some good romance novel for a while now @.@.

So, I'm done with this one :) .

(view spoiler)[It was such a nice story, really romantic and cute ^^. I'm afraid to say that the overly dramatic parts were what ruined this for me: all that mafia stuff and the way they resolved it... This author is clearly underestimating the drug business.

But, besides that and the incredible cheesy ending and cheesiness overall this was really not a bad book. It was actually more funny than romantic, but I did enjoy every minute of it. The voices used for the audiobook were also very fitting ^^.

Not sure if I like Carlos and Kiara more than the first golden couple, but I did like them a lot. I just think they could have had a little more interaction in this book. They missed a certain amount of chemistry. (hide spoiler)]

So sorry for reading this so fast, but after all the classics I really needed a fast fun read :) . I'm still going to discus this with you, Heather :) .

25% done- (view spoiler)[ Carlos is more of a jerk than Alex was. It's like he has to prove himself. I like Kiara's character. She is such a sweetheart and nonjudgemental. (hide spoiler)]

52% done- (view spoiler)[ I love Kiara's relationship with her little brother. The letter game was so cute. Carlos seems to be warming up to his new life. The dough fight was incredibly cute. I loved that Carlos told Madison that he chooses Kiara over her. I hate bullies. (hide spoiler)]

73% done- Chapter 37- (view spoiler)[ Carlos is so wrong for hurting Kiara that way. Saying he only wants a girl who will have sex with him, and knowing that he loves her.
Chapter 39- The sex talk between Kiara, her father, and Carlos is hilarious.
Tuck is an awesome friend to Kiara. I love their friendship. (hide spoiler)]

Done- I really enjoyed this one. (view spoiler)[ I especially loved how Carlos recites the exact same rules that the Professor gave to him to Dylan at the end. I'm a sucker for a happily ever after ending. (hide spoiler)]
