We had a tie this month between A Postcard from the Volcano and Toward the Gleam. As is our practice, both books were thrown into the randomizer which chose A Postcard from the Volcano: A Novel of Pre-War Germany, by Lucy Beckett as our November 2017 BOTM.

Two books (other than our new books) didn't receive any votes this month, and of them, the randomizer chose Reasonable Pleasures for elimination.

Our two new books for consideration next month will be: C.S.Lewis and the Church of Rome, by Christopher Derrick and Story of a Soul: The Autobiography of St. Therese of Lisieux, by Thérèse de Lisieux.
