Mansfield Public Library discussion

After the incredible first volume of this trilogy I couldn't wait to get my hands on book 2. Unfortunately, Tad Williams failed in his task of keeping his reader's interest. :( What could have been a compelling journey into Hell on the tails of one of the best fantasy writer's imagination, turned into way too many pages of tedium. It seems that Mr. Williams was as bored with the story as I was & he really seemed to have trouble keeping with the story & finally, oh finally, ending it. I can only hope that he has more interest in book 3 that is due out in September.
