I have had the pleasure of receiving an Instant Pot. I'm a little nervous about it. There are thousands of recipes on line, but I've had a poor average of success from trying blog recipes in general and vegan ones in particular.
I trust my veg friends here. Perhaps your often strong opinions will help me find what I'm looking for!!
