I signed up again but I had to laugh. The challenge hasn't even started yet and it says I'm already 2 books behind! LOL!

This will be my first year. I am so excited!

😆 I am, too. I hate being behind on a tracker. Actually, the challenge has already started. I would make it start January 1st, but I know some people like to start on the challenge early.

I like starting early as what I'm reading in other groups I can add to this challenge.

My tracker doesn't work for some reason. There are two books in the shelf for the reading challenge, but the tracker says there are no books for 2017. I've added the books in 2018 and it is the tracker for the 2018 challenge. Could someone help me? I've already tried to reset it, but that doesn't solve the problem.

I can’t see your account since you have it as private, so I can’t investigate to try to figure out what’s going on. I’m putting general info to help anyone who has a problem.

There a few reasons for the tracker not showing a book:

— The book is not on the tracker bookshelf.
— The tracker needs to be updated. Go to the group’s main page or the challenge page and click on 0 of 25 (0%) [or whatever your numbers are] that is beside your profile image block.
— The book does not have a read date. Just putting a book on the shelf will not cause it to show on the tracker. If you finished the book and marked it as read but it is not showing on the tracker, check to see if it has a read date, even if you already went through the process of marking it as finished. GR is having problems, and sometimes the read date doesn’t take. Sometimes it requires several attempts for it to take, if it takes at all. Many people in the Feedback group are complaining of this to GR.

The 2017 challenge is still showing on the main page under the 2018 challenge. Were you looking at the 2017 challenge numbers there?

Thank you for helping me. My books didn't have a read date. It's fixed now.
