During the shootout at Schubert’s office, Harry has the presence of mind to record everything and send it to Mickey before he went into the Sheriff’s Department custody. If he hadn’t done this, do you believe they would have possibly charged him instead of Ellis?

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments There was a good chance that the recording would have disappeared from Harry's phone. Harry was smart to forward the recording to Mickey for safekeeping.

I think these guys were equally upset about having two dirty cops in their midst and would have preferred covering it up than administering justice. That Sheriff’s office has some serious issues. The guy heading the homicide group seemed on the up and up but the rest of his group left a lot to be desired.

Harry would have been up the creek, maybe having to spend time in jail before being exonerated.
