Alexander Graham Bell's life is presented in a very readable format gleaned from the prolific documents left by the Bell family. The science is basic enough for lay understanding and the family life is backed by letters and daily notes. I was amazed at the things I did not know about Bell; his life style, his work for the deaf, his connections with Helen Keller, his activity in the beginnings of flight and his multitude of ideas that died on the vine from lack of follow-through. Amazing life story of an OCD personality and a dedicated deaf wife.
