I am trying to remember a book I picked up at B&N maybe in 2015 and read the beginning of. If my memory serves me right it started with someone sneaking in the dome's garden area that is open to the public like a museum (kind of a "look this is what a live plant looks like" thing) to get a flower or pollen or I forget what actually from a specific plant after hours. This person (I believe male) was part of a group that was against the ones who ran that dome. I honestly forget if it's set on earth but I am pretty sure it was on another planet.
Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? It's been running loops in my brain for the past hour.
