A somewhat nice spread, a door leads off to his bed and a small bathroom. He always leaves the door unlocked, for anyone needing a place to crash or for a couple who wishes to have some fun. The Rule is, leave a sock out so he knows not to barge on it. He actually has a sign on the inside of the door that says that.
