Aminah Our main characters are Julia and Sarah. Sarah lives in Paris in 1945 and she and her family are forced out of their home due to the Vel D’Hiv roundup. Julia, on the other hand, lives in France in 2003(ish?) and she is a journalist who becomes very interested in the tragedies that were the Vel D’Hiv....
