I have read it before and it is a favorite of mine, but I don't think I will be re-reading it at this time.
It tends to elicit controversy so it will be interesting to see how discussion goes!

I also become intrigued again midway part two, but then it just ... went on and on and again and well let's do another round of the same and now I'm still waiting for something surprising to happen.
I am wondering about the psychology behind writing this book. If it is intended as a vessel to convey the writer's conviction/ philosophy, surely there must be a more efficient way to do so? Though all the speeches we're getting in place of natural conversation can read as a collection of essays haha
(For those wondering where MIddlemarch is since it tied with AS, we will be reading that Oct-Dec 2018)
