What's Next? discussion

Really enjoyed this book until the last section The author writes with strong imagery and language, and embraced a challenging, heavy and personal topic - personal identity, and the multi-generational effects on the Native American population from genocide; it’s his debut novel. The story is told from perspective of multiple participants, too many perhaps, who’s lives and histories overlap and converge. The narrative ends abruptly and predictably; while the finish is flat, the energy from reading the story stayed with me. I’m interested to read the author’s next book
