In this episode, Carrie and Jake discuss Britta Lundin's debut novel "Ship It", They also talk about experiences at conventions, their (fairly minor) encounters with fanfic, the weird pornographic banner that Jake's downstairs neighbors hung up on their porch, movies based on video games, and all manner of other things. Both of us enjoyed reading and discussing the book, though some aspects of it (and its protagonist) made us uncomfortable. We do recommend reading it before listening to the podcast, which, as usual, contains both spoilers and swearing!
