So I finished the book and while I liked the selection of topics in it - I think I was a little disappointed at the explanations. Somehow the book seemed a bit shallow. It did not spark a deeper enthusiasm in any of the themes. Perhaps it is the writing style. If it was not for a personal interest in similar material I don't think this book would have motivated a prevailing interest in this area.
