November is National Novel Writing Month and I'm getting ready to dig into my project. It'll be the continuation of a short story I had published a few years ago called, "Joseph Moncala, Illegal Transporter." I'm nervous about the whole thing because I self published a novel two years ago with high hopes that were quickly dashed. But I guess I have to get back on the horse.
It's a comedy/sci-fi about Joe, and illegal transporter in a galaxy ruled by religious zealots. He takes people to hotspots where drinking and other forms of debauchery are allowed and coveted. But the Ecumenical Council makes illegal transporting and capital crime and Joe has to go on the run.
I'm going to try and sit back and just enjoy the process and let go of my worries about how good it is (or isn't).
