If you are planning to read a book soon and want someone to read with you then feel free to mention the book’s name and ask the members.

Note: Do not mention the genres or anything non-specific. Use the format below.

Format:
1. Book I want to read: Book’s Title
2. The week I want to start it in: dates!
3. How many days I want to divide it in: number of days

description

For your convenience, we have made another group exclusively for the members of this group to discuss BRs there if they have no suitable alternative (and if the inbox of GR doesn't seem like a good way to go).
BRs

If you want a thread in the group above, please request here.

Please note that the link for thread requests (should you want one for discussing the books with your fellow members) is given in the first comment above. I won't be regularly following this thread from now on so please request only there.

Saarah Niña (saarahnina) | 197 comments Hello,

I've got a book I'd like to buddy read. It has a sequel, so if anyone's up for that too, that will be great!

The book: The Ashes of London The Ashes of London (Marwood and Lovett, #1) by Andrew Taylor

Its sequel: The Fire Court The Fire Court (Marwood and Lovett, #2) by Andrew Taylor

I'm thinking June maybe but I don't mind too much.
And I'm flexible about reading time.

I know this may be one of those obscure books not too many have heard about, but I thought I'll take my chances! :)

David I'd like to read 1984 by George Orwell. I know it's a classic, but I haven't read it and I'm interested in the fuss around it.
Is anyone interested in a BR?

I'm not sure if you are still interested in reading this but I am as well! I won't be able to pick it up in February, but could pick it up in March or later if that works for you? I am also open to having up to a month to finish it as I've heard it can get kind of interesting to finish towards the end.
