He's known to quickly get frustrated. Though his stubbornness lacks manners, he is not without a kind side. Growing up as a handmaid in the 19th century, Troy’s mother lived a horrible life. The only escape from it was killing the Duke and Duchess that she worked for. Now free from her owners, she was able to live without fear of them. She decided she wanted to settle down and have a family. She met a handsome man and gave birth to two beautiful twin boys named Troy and Dante after getting married. She got a job as an artist and a stay home mom, raising Dante and Troy. But her happiness didn't last long. She had to pay the price for the death of the two eventually. For her sons’ safety, they kept moving, but she could only hide for so long before they found her. So, she sacrificed everything she had and sent her husband and kids away from Brazil and to America to find safety without her. Over the years after settling in Warwick, Troy's father turned into a bitter alcoholic, having trouble gathering money and caring for two growing boys while suffering the loss of his wife. He took his anger out on Troy and his brother, almost beating Troy to death when he was only 12. At some point then, the curse manifested itself within the boys, giving them magic powers. His brother used his powers to save his brother by killing their father, making it look like an accident. The two now live as artists like their mother, causing tons of mischief in the meantime for fun, learning over the years how cruel people could be, and how they should be, too.

born in the heart of a backwards prejudiced conserative texas, and always quite the odd one out, felix grant seemed to always be alone. frankly, she was okay with that. people would tease her for having a so-called "boys name" and for the fact that her face seemed to never show any expression ever. the teachers and adults said that something was wrong with her, and that she was one that 'even god looked at with fear' simply because she didn't look, act, or sound anything like them. every time she was outside, the strangest things happened on the playground, the earth seemed to flourish everywhere she stepped and creatures of the forest communed with her, which would be the only time that felix actually opened her mouth to speak, besides to her mother.

now felix's mother was about the kindest woman on earth, who didn't see her daughter as strange, evil, or creepy, in fact she cherished her with all of her heart, and never dared to do wrong. nobody quite liked her mother either for reasons she couldn't understand, some would spit in her face, and call her outsides of her name, yet she always smiled. it didn't matter to her, it was simply enough to have her daughter. yet evil never liked to see people prospering through pain. with torches and pitchforks they knocked down the door and dragged her mother out of the house with hatred in their eyes.
felix had seen things like this in movies, thinking it was something of the past, yet here her mother was lying dead in their arms as they tortured her to death. luckily the police had arrived just in time, and she entered the foster system. it didn't take too long for people to realise how 'special' she was to send her back. it didn't reall bother her, she had expected this. until the caldwells, a kind man and his husband, they knew she wasn't your average child, and soon after they moved to warwick, washington. by this time felix had turned 15, but she could already feel the same love and acceptance that she felt six years ago.

samandriel has around for a long time, since the beginning but he wouldn't say that that was when he started living. samandriel was cast from heaven in 1903. he didn't know who he was or even what at this time, not even a name. he found on the id card in his pocket that he was a cooper lewis and for the longest time that is who he was. he wandered around the states with no purpose, no memories from before waking up. at least not until he made his way into warwick. sam was happy not remembering who he was and he didn't care to find out but as soon as he stepped into warwick it all came back. and not in the fun way, it was painful having his memories burned back into his head and he forsaken his father for causing him this pain and trouble. not for the lack of trying, samandriel hasn't left warwick. as soon as he gets close to the boarders pain strike through him and more memories flood back.
sam just loathes being who he is for many reasons. most of the things he does now is because he hates himself and his father. this, in turn, has caused a deep depression to take root of samandriel. nine times out of ten he will keep to himself and he will try to walk away from every situation given to him. because of who he is, sam is very comabtive and will fight to help someone else or stand up for someone else. this is the only thing he does from his own will. he does tend to get lonely but its better for him to be by himself.

Konijn moved to Warwick with her parents when she was fourteen and being the youngest, she was the only one to go. Everyone else had lives outside the house so they couldn’t possibly move along with them. Her parents came here in the hopes that they would finally be able to settle down after bringing fifteen kiddos into this world. They thought that Warwick would be the perfect place to retire. It was quiet, secluded, what more could they ask for? Apparently, a lot more. At the same time they had just moved, Konijn started her first year of high school when she experienced some rather odd changes. At first, she believed that students had played a prank on her with attaching a bunny tail on her jeans. But when she tried to rip it off, it would wiggle and slap her hands. Another bizarre occurrence happened at a dance and she grew overlapping ears. Her date thought that she was being adorable and played with them throughout the night. And to make matters worse, Konijn shapeshifted into a black rabbit during their exams. With little knowledge about the whole predicament of Warwick, she was quickly told the same story her classmates knew.
The years came and went, so when the death of her parents arrived much toon soon, Konijn was left with their house and, surprisingly, whatever fortune they had. Including the acres of gardens which have been unkept for many some years. Her siblings have never reached out to her, believing her and their parents to be happy. Konijn isolated herself from Warwick. No one ever comes to her house and she doesn’t want them to. She’s had enough trouble already when it comes to this cursed place.

“No one will be here for you,” said the little monster.
Sader often feels that he’s unappreciated by his parents. Well, perhaps unappreciated is not the right term. Maybe abandoned? Of course, they both arrive right at six o’clock every evening. To make matters worse, they work on the weekends as well. Sader hardly ever sees them and sometimes wonder if maybe he did something wrong. He did say he was sorry when he accidentally broke a family urn. But their daily absence couldn’t be because of that. . . could it? So when Sader eventually found out that he had manifested an ability as a warlock, he was beyond happy. Finally, something wonderful was happening. Sader began tinkering with the objects in his room: making them bob in the air (resulting with them clattering on the floor), travel across his room (he played darts on the wooden panels with his pencils), and even animating them. The animated part took longer to crack (his notebook would bid him a fine ‘how-do-you-do?’ before ribbing his pages to shreds) but then it came naturally. Soon, he wasn’t as lonely as he was. Sader even went to the toy store and bought himself a stuffed wolf. Excited to test his animating skills, Sader brought the stuffed animal to life. Ever since then, Wolfy has traveled with Sader, even at school. While Sader feels his magic itching to test itself out in other areas, he feels that he’d much rather get better at animating than experiment with other things. Sure, floating objects are cool but. . . bringing unanimated things to life is what he feels to be his calling.

Violet Harper used to be a shy and solitary girl, but then she was placed into a foster home in Warwick. By the time she was 12 she began to notice the ... control, for lack of a better word, she had over the boys in her grade - and sometimes older than her. As she aged they began to pay more and more attention to her - and she didn't know how to handle it. She spent a time retreated into herself, but that didn't help much. She learned that she should try to avoid staring or talking too much to any of the opposite sex - then they mostly left her alone.
It became a lot harder to do this as she aged, developed, and grew into a young woman. She took up yoga and kickboxing to help center herself, and keep boys at bay. She did her best to dress modestly and not draw them to her - still to no avail.
Finally it it came to a point where she decided to research. Research the town and it's history, and it turned out some girls had been going through what she had. She messaged a few of them, and by the end of this month or so long research trip, she found out she was a succubus, it was the only thing that made sense.
Well, made sense to an extent. She didn't know why or how, but at least she knew what was happening to her now. A darker part of her wanted to manipulate it, bend boys to her will and get what she wanted... but she knew she would try to be good.

A year later, now a junior in high school - Violet went on a bender. At a party she decided to test the limits of her influence and had a field day with several boys. By the end of the night she had gotten what she wanted: pleasure, money, a few professions of undying love... She left them with broken hearts and slipped back to her quiet life.
That night had fed her darkness, and she wanted more. So she allows herself to go on her 'benders' once a month - but the rest of the time she must remain a model citizen. After about a year of this, it was almost as if Violet had an alternate personality. She even began to introduce herself as something different when she was out - Vi.
So Vi lets Violet live her life peacefully, until she hears something that makes her come to the forefront for a week or so, pushing Violet to the recesses of herself.
Other Information:
Violet was separated from her foster brother at a young age. She was a year older than him, but even so - she can hardly remember him or her family. Thankfully she was placed with a nice family, the Harper's and she has been with them her whole life. They mainly let her run around and do as she pleases, they are an elderly couple and as long as she does her chores around the house, they let her be free.

Being straightforward with everyone you meet has its benefits, surprisingly. And Rin totally takes advantage over this. ellie has always been the shy girl around her peers. this is mainly because every time she goes to make friends she is being used or other think she's a spoiled brat. for this reason alone she usually tried to keep to herself. when someone does decide to approach her she can easily be manipulated into doing something. even with that being such ellie has a very creative mind and has a natural talent for the fine arts.
she seems perfect in almost every way, radiating glowing light and smiling that perfect, gleaming smile. she winks and boys fall over, but is that what she wants? you'll just have to wait and see.~

SALEM
Call it ironic, call it foreshadowing but Salem Penderghast was named before she stepped foot in Warwick. Salem still doesn't even think she is truly cut out to be a witch. Hell, the poor girl can't tell a hex from a charm that's how inexperienced she is. It was just her luck that her car broke down on the way to her true destination, which was somewhere in Phoenix Arizona (she can't even remember at this point), because silly Salem thought it would be "fun" and "spontaneous" to take the scenic route. Ha! Boy was she wrong.
The only thing she knows as of right now is that she's stuck in this town, lost, without any guidance or a route to escape that didn't result in her immediate death. Nowadays she's been spending her time isolated in her apartment, face deep in some dusty, old book written almost entirely in Latin (seriously though, why are spells so hard?) trying to figure out how she is going to live her new life in this town. Hopefully it won't be too hard to cope, Salem already feels like she's losing her mind.

If you were in her 7th-grade class you would be able to recall the time she was nervous about a presentation and instead of freezing up like a regular student, she shifted into a frog. If not you must have heard of the time she got drunk at a party freshman year and whilst dancing on a table...shifted into a very large alligator. He closed his eyes, only to be surprised when he opened them up again. Blood was all over his bathroom floor, but he seemed relatively fine, pain rang through his chest but that was all it was. pain.

ryland can't remember much before warwick and not because he's old but he actually died in the middle of the town. he was passing through and got hit and next thing he knew he was waking ul in the hospital. he found out that he died and his motorcycle was ruined and when he tried to leave he seemingly couldn't because of his injury. he was a young tattooist and was heading to seattle to start his own shop with a friend. he had been saving up everything he had for this place and now he couldn't get there so instead he opened up shop in warwick with a buddy of his. it was all he could do besides take a piss. around the time of opening, he also found that he wasn't the same as he had been before the accident. he had grown weaker for a while until he was back on his feet after opening night and celebrating with some girl at the bar.
ryland has always been one to look for an amazing time and he can't wait to have that rush. he addicted to getting his blood pumping and he doesn't care to become the but of some jokes in the end. most the time ryland is easy to get on with and he doesn't get to uptight when it come to who's wrong and what should be done. he is pretty resourceful when he's give something and not having everything he needs for it. he'll easily try to talk his way out of a situation and just as easily talk himself into another. as an artist he has a pretty big imagination when it comes to drawing an idea. he flows on paper and in ink.

PERSONALITY:Finley is known to his friends as a very two-sided person. He's shy and very content to entertain himself, he struggles to communicate with new people and can quickly be reduced to a fumbling mess around a stranger. He tries to avoid meeting people because it's difficult for him, he worries that he'll make such a fool of himself so much that he forgets not to make a fool of himself. His family embarrasses him just as much as his lack of social skills and if a new person asks him about his family he will experience an immediate mental shut down and reboot. To avoid these problems he's learned to stay quiet, to avoid being noticed in the first place, both by his ridiculous family and all the strangers around town. The other side of him is the side only those he knows well have ever gotten to see. He has a hard time adjusting to someone, but once he does he turns into an entirely new person around them. He loses all sense of personal space and gives up on staying quiet, instead opting to randomly blurt out whatever comes to mind. He's quite sweet and attentive around friends though he is admittedly not brave. If you need someone to stand up for you Finley probably isn't the best choice, but he usually comes through when it really matters. When it comes to his friends he becomes vulnerable, he likes to believe that he can trust the people he calls friends so if they turn against him it's devastating for Finley.
HISTORY:Finley lives in a mansion, a beautiful one at that which leads people to believe he's rich. He's not and he hates it when people say he is. Sunset Manor, his idyllic home that has the envy of everyone who sees it is actually home to Finley, both his parents, his four grandparents, his aunt, his uncle and his little cousin, a home just big enough for all ten people. He struggles to keep up with the energy of his family, they all have weird little quirks, his parents are on a lifelong journey to "find themselves" and are constantly on road trips to strange places, his aunt and uncle are self-proclaimed "Extreme Antiquers", his little cousin has no volume control and seems to be stuck on "bloody murder", his maternal grandparents are hunting fanatics and his paternal grandparents are national bingo champs, the only normal person in his family is his older sister, Fio, but she lives far, far, far away from Warwick building homes for impoverished families all across Africa. He looks up to her and receives a letter from his sister every month, but aside from that, he's stuck with his crazy relatives. Despite his social awkwardness he tries to be out of the house whenever they are all home because the only things he struggles to handle more than strangers is his family.
Fortunately for Finley, his family's weird array of hobbies means they are all out of the house every so often. On these occasions, he'll usually ask a friend to visit, he hates how empty the manor feels when it's just him so the company makes him feel more comfortable. As someone who was born in Warwick, he is not human, he's a familiar. His sister, Fio, was born outside of Warwick and she has always attended boarding school and when she wasn't at boarding school she was on some trip to visit other relatives around the world. He's never even met his sister in person, but he envies the freedom she has, she's a genius and has learned all there is to know about the world, something he'll never get to do. His parents have yet to be affected by the curse for some reason and his grandparents are entirely unaware of the fact they are cursed, Finley has no clue exactly what they are, but he's pretty sure they are something. His aunt is in the same boat as his grandparents, but his uncle is descended from the native people of Warwick and as such so is his cousin, meaning that Finley is the only member of his family aware of the supernatural in Warwick.

Ian was born in 1785 in Warwick. His family was famous for their top hats at the time. He was expected to follow his father with the family business, being the eldest son and all. But he never really wanted to. After getting in a fight with his father over it, he left for a walk that night. That's when everything went downhill. Unlike the others who were cursed, he was attacked by a vampire and changed, the reason still unknown till now. Frozen at age 19, he was unable to go back to his family or his normal life afterward. So he started a new life after leaving Warwick, which he was able to do. He lived alone, feeding off of humans and not caring for a while. He got used to what he became eventually. Years later, in 1832, he met a woman in a pub, who would always serve him his drinks. He couldn't help himself but fall in love with her slowly, and she with him. The best part was, he told her the truth and she excepted him for what he was. Of course, he had offered to change her so they could live together forever, but she rejected the idea, and he respected that. That was until a disease started going around later on and took his true love from him. Ever since then, he never allowed himself to love again. He moved around from city to city, and at the moment, he came back to Warwick for a few years.

Nas is not one to open up to someone quickly as everyone else might. He’s had to deal with more trauma then more kids his age because of the powers— the curse — that he never asked for to begin with. He is the first and subsequently most powerful psychic in his family, a power that causes him to hear whispers in the dark and see figures shift through solid objects, but the scariest part of it all is knowing that these visions aren’t just a part of his overactive imagination.
Everyone tells him he has a gift, or a talent and uses him constantly to talk to passed loved ones, find missing pets or valuable objects and other miscellaneous things. And sure, to them it might be “fun” or “cool”, but Nas is truly haunted. He is a beacon for ghosts and spirits to turn to. There has never been a time where Nas could find peace and quiet by himself. And nothing & no one can distract him from the things that only he can see.
Casper is truly afraid of himself. He has been since he was first turned 5 years ago. It seems as if his predatory side always trump's his basic moral humanity, and he can never control himself from lashing out at anyone anymore. colton had always been one side of a coin. the good and just side as he grew up in some of the worst places. he had seen friends of his turn dark when they said the wouldn't. he never really had a father figure in his life and his mother kept moving him from place to place because she couldn't keep up rent or another guy was chasing her down. colton had seen some bad shit happen to his family and he wanted to protect people from the harshness that he had to live with. so, after high school, he tried to get into the police academy and he succeeded. he graduated as one of the high ranks in his class and soon took a job on the force in sacramento, california. it wasn't long after he joined the force that his girlfriend at the time got pregnant. they had been together for two years and was happily so. though as the years passed they grew distant and their child took the brunt of it from their mother. not long after the birth of their kid that colton and his girlfriend got married. had bee married for ten years. his wife cheated on him and was demanding a divorce. he agreed because this wasn't good his their kid. during the divorce case, colton found that the man that his wife was having an affair with had been his partner. it soon became a problem and colton was transferred to warwick police department. with his life ruined the only thing he's fighting for is to have custody of his kid.
colton always thought of himself as the clean-cut type of guy. everything had to be done properly and by the books but that was before the affair. currently, he finds himself drinking more often and depressed at how out of hand his life has gotten. he is only happy when around his kid and truly the most like himself. he never thought of himself as temperamental but has developed a bit of one that leaves a sour taste in his mouth. he is quite reserved because who will tell him that nothing isn't his fault. the biggest thing of all is that colton is a dad, and tends to look out for those who are like family to him, kids almost.
