For some reason, this edition of Nick and Nora is showing up in me "read" books https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/9...
While this edition is still in my "to be read" books: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
I imagine they need to be combined?

They are combined.
It is possible to have different editions on different shelves.
