All the challenges you can join are posted in this folder. I'm not sure if you're referring to a specific challenge. The one that has a list of tasks is the Popsugar Reading Challenge 2019.

SO would you put it in new releases 2018 challenge because that is when you read it? or 2019 because that is when it is published? Or both?
I don't use them unless I read them during the timeframe of the challenge. So, if I start January 1st, 2019 and a book is published in April 2019 (for example), I will only count it if I read it after January 1st. It doesn't matter if I read it before publication, only if I read it during the challenge. So, if I read it in December of the previous year, I don't count it, but January I would. Hope that makes sense.

To start your own thread:
- Click on this link: Yearly Challenges 2019
- Click on 'new topic' at the top right of the of the list
- Fill in the 'topic field' with whatever you want to call the challenge. I would advise to include your name in the title so it's easier to find when you come back to it.
- Keep 'folder field' as Yearly Challenges 2019
- Fill in the 'comment field' with details of your challenges
- Click 'post'
