Can you name the differences between the movie and the book!?

don't know if I can get all of them since I watched it back in June but I shall try!
1. the quote at the end was changed from, "I do, Augustus, I do." to "okay."
2. Augustus told Hazel about lighting up like a Christmas tree while in the hotel (book) vs on a bench next to a canal (movie)
3. the grenade quote was slightly altered.
4. um... idk... the rest was all right I think... this is as much as I can remember

I really didn't notice any.
