(Formerly known as Read What You Own!)

My shelves are still cluttered! How about yours? I enjoy this challenge, though I wish I could've pulled *more* books off my shelves last year. My goal this year is more to clear out NetGalley ARCs!

This challenge does not need to be physical books! You can add any form as long as you purchased or received it in 2018 or earlier!

How many books will you read off your bookshelves?

I'm going for 60! If I made 50 last year then I can do 10 more this year.

I don't really have a number in mind but I already have a list of 35 and currently reading 3 of them. Most of the books on my To Read Soon shelf are books from my shelves, curated that way! But for the Mount TBR Challenge, I've committed myself to 12 but once I hit 12, I will keep bumping up to the next "mountain" and see how far I get.

This is gonna be so hard! I do have quite some backlog of books purchased before 2019 but I also have a backlog on books that are so old I can't believe I haven't read, yet, and those I tend to purchase as I am getting around to reading them. So, I will technically read what I own ;) but it won't be purchased before 2019. I think I will set a modest goal of 10 books that will fit this challenge. Fingers crossed!

I won't create a separate board for this at the moment but I'll try to indicated it on my discussion for my Goodreads challenge :)

Sophie (sophiexxelise) | 18 comments I am going to do this too! I have so many good books on my shelves that I haven't read yet. I could probably fill at least 35 of my 75 with books I already own.

First up:
Man Called Ove
I Capture the Castle
The Book of the Unnamed Midwife

How have I left those sitting around for so long?

Oh gosh get to those! A Man Called Ove and I Capture the Castle are both so great! I Capture the Castle is a little slow but it meanders so well.

I liked A Man Called Ove - very funny, and also sad.
I Capture the Castle is on my TBR as well. Would you like to do a buddy read for that?
