I finished my challenge! The last book I read was set (partially) where I was born. It’s Slim Fingers Beckon, by Arch Merrill, and it has a chapter on Canandaigua, where I was born. I’ll post my whole challenge when I get back to work! Thanks! Mary Jo

Well, I looked up my list, and it seems I DIDN'T complete my challenge, because I didn't read a book set in the Great Depression. Sorry to claim completion wrongly. It was still an enjoyable challenge. Mary Jo
