The action scenes were the best, throughout the series. I felt the writing was uneven in places, I shook my head on more than one occasion over what was happening, but had no urges to hurl the book. The series was good.

I enjoyed the stories, particularly those action scenes as that’s where Cross excels. It’s not the best romantic suspense I’ve read but I liked the characters enough to keep coming back.

I had some eye rolling moments, Hunter coding twice. Almost bleeding out, Collapsed lungs broken ribs etc and very soon after traveled to Alex’s house and had sex. Yeah right. I didn’t really need this book.

I enjoyed the series though. I look forward to the next one.
