Historical Fictionistas discussion

This is a task challenge. It will run the months of April and May. It's a pretty simple one. Spell out the word SPRING with the title's of books you read this month. The book's can be any genre and the only stipulation is that the book must be at least 200 pages. You can track your progress on this thread. It will look like this:

Add: If you are a voracious reader and can knock this out in a week or two please feel free to add "equinox" to the end so your word becomes two "Spring equinox". For the letter 'x' if it has an X in the title you can use that rather than finding a title beginning with X.

If you wondered about the timing I extended the challenge because I am just not going to have time to post another one in May. That will be a pretty busy month for me and I'm also prepping for our summer challenge.

I read about 15-20 books a month...but I’m scared about the X in Eqinox lol ....any suggestions?

Clarification: we can use a title starting with "The" but it doesn't count as the first word of the title?? It certainly places more books in the mix. I had been looking at titles whose first word corresponds to the first letter of our challenge i.e S P R I N or G.

Correct. 'The' doesn't count since it is an article.

Thanks for the clarification. I've always used it as the first word of the title.. Now I know better!
