I think people need to quit it for a while. There are a lot of sugar is soft drinks.
If you had to compare people who drink soft drinks and people who don't brush the teeth. Cavity grows more on those who constantly drink soft drinks. Even 'Zero Sugar' drinks have traces of sugar. People can do sugar swap. Meaning swapping food and drinks (such as soft drink) to a sweet alternative that isn't bad for the teeth. In the UK we have got squash. Squash is a mixer drink where concentrated drink is diluted by water.
