1. The Miss Peregrine series (third one due to come out 2015)
2. Flowers in the Attic series

I have a couple of series that I love. One would be Fallen crest series by Tijan. She is a self publish author. You can't help but fall in love with her characters. Another Is Charley Davidson series by Darynda Jones, I am guaranteed a good laugh when I read her books.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars
London 1922. The colourless and impoverished Mrs Wray and her defeated daughter Frances are forced to take in "paying guests" following the death of Mr Wray and the revelation that he had made bad investments. There is no money, no servants, and no joy in this house.
The thoroughly modern young couple, Lil and Len Barber, move in upstairs with their gramophone, an eclectic mix of belongings, Lil's beautiful clothes, and her slapdash housekeeping routines.
Slowly, Frances is drawn to Lilian, much as a moth to a light, with disastrous consequences.
There were times, when i was reading this book, that the tension was so great, I found myself not breathing!
I thoroughly recommend The Paying Guests.

If I could give this book 6 stars I would!
This has to be the best book I have read in 2014 (sorry to Neil Gaiman's The Ocean at the End of the Lane - you've just been bumped into 2nd place!). I want to never let this book go.
I found myself cheering on Vic in her fight against Charles Manx, feeling her pain when her son Wayne was in danger..... This book sucked me right in and I felt for it's characters.
Joe Hill is definitely his father's son......but I think that here he may even have out written Stephen King. if you are a Stephen King/Neil Gaiman fan, this is a book you have to read.
