What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Soo I went to Barnes and Nobel ad was book back shopping and saw this book that apparently won an award or was nominated (Im pretty sure it won.) Anyway ere is the description

don't remember the title. Here is what I do remember: TL;DR: Read what is in **

The book is recent, was in bookstores piled on one table like a celebrated new release (Like Divergent or the Hunger Games, but this may have not been a dystopian novel, it did not seem like it)

It was a white or tan bbook . Hard cover with that book sheet thing most hard cover books have (I think it's called a sleeve.

****The book had an excerpt on the back that to summarize featured a boy/teen/man praying in the library that the sacrifice or offering he wass about to make would be enough to save his brother or something lke that (Definetly a boy praying in the library for a sacrfice and his brother.)****

I think the real reason I loved this book so much is because I listened to the audio version read by George Guidall. He really made it special.
