Help! Looking for a book

I'm looking for a book I read a few years ago. It is about two high school kids. The girl moves to town right next door to this player guy and his sister. Girl becomes friends with the sister, and the player guy keeps pushing her away cause he isn't good enough. I remember the guy having a pool party where the girl over hears him making out with someone so she gets drunk and tries to make out with someone as well, but is stopped by the guy. They eventually get together, but the girls ex comes to visit and tries to rape her.

Sounds a little familiar. I'll look through my books for you. I'm curious now because if I haven't read it this is something I would add to my list.

Games of Fire? I know this is pretty new but the storyline you mentioned is very similar to the one of this book.
