My first time reading this book, pretty sure I will not continue with the series. Werewolves do not interest me, I guess it is the whole "me male, me in control" type of thinking that is boring. I did like Mercy which is good giving that she is lead character, but I did get tired of her saying that she was not a member of the pack. I understood the first time did not need to be reminded four more times.
For what it's worth, the rest of the series is better. Book 2 focuses on vampires (meh) but I got really into book 3 and beyond. The books that deal with fairy folklore and Native American legends are my favorites.
I love this book. Mercy is such a spunky walker. It is fantastic. Love the supernatural culture. :)
I really enjoyed this one. Mercy is a fun protagonist and Adam...mmmmm.
