What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hi there I'm hoping anyone can help me identify what novel this is? I ready this book around 2-3 years ago and it's been in my head lately and I can't find the title anywhere.
I can vaguely remember the plot so hopefully it will give some helpful hints:
It's about a strange all girls school where the girls are locked in their rooms every night and have to rank each other by their beauty on ipads in the wall. The more beautiful you are, the more perks you receive. The best friend of the protagonist starts off as the most beautiful but then starts to disappear during class and getting sick. Eventually the protagonist gets ranked as the most beautiful. Meanwhile a group of boys come to the school every week to choose a wife/girlfriend. They pick a girl based on her ranking and then take her into a closet and can do whatever they like with the girl. The protagonist falls in love with one of the boys and loses her virginity to him in the closet one day, and then he bails and chooses someone else. I think the protagonist starts to lose her ranking and bad things start to happen. I don't think the story had a happy ending but I can't remember what happens at the end. Hopefully my vague description will jog someone's memory if they have any clue what story I could be talking about? Many thanks! :)
