What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I remember reading a short YA book a long time ago where misbehaved and or unwanted? teens get sent to these camps where they are made to donate organs. I think the reason behind them having to donate organs is because of over population and the fact that they committed crimes or something and now their only value is seen as their organs. I am pretty sure there were other books in the series... Though they could have all been novellas.. I remember the book going into detail about the organ donation process and it being done slowly. The book reminded me a bit of Never Let Me Go by
Kazuo Ishiguro though the one I can't remember the name of was geered towards a younger audience I think.
