Scott Flicker | 1191 comments Mostly reading other books but I'm about 10 percent finished.

Scott Flicker | 1191 comments I’m still reading it

Scott Flicker | 1191 comments I’m planning to make this a 3 month read since it’s so long so I’ll finished in December

Consuelo | 190 comments Hello Kristin, my plan was to read it in November.

To make this book a 3-month buddy read is okay for me since it is a very long book.

Scott Flicker | 1191 comments I’m 1/3 finished and pretty sure I’ll be done in December. Anybody want to read the knight of the seven kingdoms series starting in Jan? This is a prequel series of short novels/novellas. Each is probably 150-200 pages.

Scott Flicker | 1191 comments Ok i finished this one it was really long. A lot of story lines in progress in the series I sure hope George RR Martin can finish the series.

Here is a spoiler comparing the book at TV show on a specific event.

Martin has made some very public comments recently that he expects The Winds of Winter to be finished and published in 2020. Possible summer release?

Scott Flicker | 1191 comments Unfortunately he hasn’t but that doesn’t stop the fake news from taking anything as a clue and writing stories.

RJ - Slayer of Trolls (hawk5391yahoocom) Well, he made the comment that he'd go to jail if the book wasn't finished by summer 2020 as reported here (link courtesy of Wikipedia): https://mashable.com/article/george-r...

That was a response to this clever advertisement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H45DN...
