Stephen King 2025 read-along discussion

Hi Constant Readers! How is the reading going? This month is Lisey's Story and book I read in college. I think this story is underrated and more people should read it. We have a woman protagonist that has to go to a nightmare kind of world. Very fitting for our Halloween month.

According to Slash films Apple has gotten the green light to turn this book into an 8 part mini series. Julianne Moore will be our main character and King himself is planning on writing the script. I'm hoping it is good. I love Julianne Moore. https://www.slashfilm.com/liseys-story/

Never read this story but ready to start it! I’m still reading desperation but I’m half way lol.. but I figure I’ll I’ll just keep reading both because I already read November and December books:)

How are you all liking it so far? I've started working full time and I have not had any time to read. It makes me really sad :(

I actually got about 30 pages in and put it down, but I'm not really feeling any desire to pick it back up. Maybe in November?

I completely forgot about this book lol . I’ve been reading 3 /4 other authors... I’ll try again November.

All's good. I'll be doing these readalong's until I've read all of King's books lol even if that means I'm putting the same books up again next year to try again. :P
