Driscoll ends up abducting Olivia, Brian Hall ends up in her bedroom in Virginia and she almost falls off the cliff when rescuing Nina. Too much or in keeping with the plot?

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I think in the end the author had a reason for everything that happened to Olivia. It helped clear some thing up. It also keeps with the authors way of writing and story telling.

I got a little overloaded on all the trauma inflicted on Olivia. Driscoll abducting her was over the top for me but I liked how she saved herself.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments All those situations helped to prove to Olivia that she was so much more than she ever thought she was.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments I had a very difficult time believing that the agent who "cleared" the house in such a risky situation did so without really searching under her bed. Really...

I understand that there had to be a situation with Hall, but surely there would be a more creative way to do it.

Oh! Thanks for bringing that up, Charlene! It was a plot hole that the agent didn’t catch Hall in the house.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments You're right. I forgot all about that. I thought the same thing myself.

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 909 comments Not checking under the bed? That would be one of the first places they would look, I would think. But I do agree with Anita. All of this happening to Olivia showed how strong she was.
