I finished! Granted, I set a low bar with only four countries, but I really enjoyed the challenge and the books I read. (See my books in the message above.)
Congratulations on finishing - Belgium was an interesting choice, did you struggle to find books at all?
Yes, there were not many hf books on Belgium but I knew I wanted to read War and Turpentine, so I looked for three others that would work.
