Mystery/Thriller Reading Friends discussion

A while back, I read a terrific book by Alan S. Mosier, called the Van Gogh Affair (see my review in Goodreads). It's not your usual kind of mystery, but something a bit unique. In fact, it deals with art theft, and is VERY creative. This would be a terrific book club selection. Or, if you've got a "special" reader on your Christmas shopping list, I would highly recommend the Kindle edition of this terrific book (http://goo.gl/uoDRZI). And, yes, you "can" gift a Kindle book.
