Just looking to see what kind of books everyone is interesting in reading for a group read. Fantasy, Non-fiction, YA, Romance?

I actually wonder why there's so little LGBTQ+ representation in fantasy. It's my favorite genre, but I haven't come across many LGBTQ+ characters. Mercedes Lackey, though, she has some good queer characters in her books. : )

Danada | 20 comments I think it is much more common in SF than fantasy.

Found this cool article on the web:

Taarna | 4 comments My vote is also for fantasy. It's a great genre and there are some LGBTQ+ books in that category on my to read list.

I just found this book Gideon the Ninth (The Locked Tomb, #1) by Tamsyn Muir I may add it to the group's shelf.
