Geri, as I recall, you finished your 2019 list in record time. I, on the other hand, am still reading my final book.

I’ve never heard of your DuMaurier, which surprises me. And I thought I’d kept up with Slaughter’s Will Trent series but The Kept Woman doesn’t ring a bell. LOL, I just got through saying on another thread that happens to me often now that I’m in my golden years. I’ll have to read some of it and see if something clicks. If not—woohoo, a “new” Will Trent!

You’ve got a lot of interesting books on your list. I look forward to hearing what you think of them!

Geri | 85 comments Jan - Merry Christmas!

It will take me longer to finish this year since The Witching Hour is long. One reason I never got to it in 20119. And 1 book doesn’t get released until March.

I am reading, and in some cases, rereading the Will Trent series. By putting the latest on the challenge, it will force me to get caught up. Hopefully, in time for the new release in July!

Yes, I hadn’t heard of the book by du Maurier either. I definitely want to read more by her this year.

Ann (annrumsey) | 16924 comments Geri The Witching Hour is soooooo good. One of my favorite Anne Rice books (and a haunting series) and Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead is also a good one!

Geri | 85 comments Good to know, Ann, the books are good. Hopefully, that motivates me to read them and stop putting them off.

And thanks, Donnajo for posting the new prompts!
