Jodie | 5 comments Sorry mods I searched high and low for a book search discussion but couldn't find it :(

Hi loves!

I remembered a book I read a while ago that I'd like to read again.

There's a family, two sisters and a brother and a mother in a small country town. Older sister runs the town paper, brother is a farmer and mother is a widow, younger sister comes back to town for some reason...she was molested as a kid by the step, father and the mother killed him and the brother hid the body in the shed. The book is about trying to keep the lie a secret (if I remember correctly it's a trilogy with a book about each sibling) the youngest daughter falls in love with either the police chief or the mayor I do remember that he's stupid rich and has a kid he eventually finds out her secret.. Lol

It doesn't sound familiar to me, but you might try a GRs group called What's The Name of That Book??? - they are amazing.

Hina Tabassum Khatri | 36 comments Some time back I read a book by Harlequin / Mills&Boon and I am trying to read it again but the thing is that I can't seem to remember the name of the book. Or the name of the author or characters or anything despite the fact that I loved the story.

What I do remember of it is that the heroine's life was being threatened. By her fiance. I think she was a lawyer (not sure, though). She runs in to an actor (who is the hero of the story) and together they solve the mystery so that she gets her life back.

Would really appreciate if you could help me find this book.

Thanks

Abigail Sharpe (abigailsharpe) | 2010 comments I thought the one about the youngest daughter sounded familiar, but I don't think the book I read dealt with heavy material. They didn't quote movies in their dialogue, did they?
