Has anyone read this series? I saw that the second book is coming out in 2020 and wondered if anyone enjoyed the first ( The Right Sort of Man) or not. It looks like a different type of series than I would normally pick up.

I couldn't get past page 20. This is not a book I will try to continue.
yes, I keep up with this one. The main characters are a joy & I like the witty dialogue.
Was not completely happy with the latest ("A Royal Affair") because it got away from the "common man" premise of the series, but definitely plan to continue with #3.
