Hi everyone! I already picked out my books for this month, but I found that a few of them met the challenges criteria! So I'll sign myself up for

For this challenge I'm going to be finishing up Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe , which is a classic novel about a man who learned how to live by himself on an island

For this challenge I will be reading a Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness. This novel is about a young witch who finds an enchanted alchemical manuscript, which sends her on an adventure. There are many beings after this manuscript, so she is diffidently coming up against some adversity.

For this book I'm going to continue reading Harry Potter et La Coupe de Foudre, the french version of the 4th Harry Potter book. I think Harry counts as a naive major character, don't you?! lol

For this challenge I'm going to be reading "The Green Mile" by Stephen King. It has the word "Green" in the title AND a green cover.

I might be stretching this challenge a bit because I haven't read that far into the book. But for this challenge I would like to read Les Miserables by Victor Hugo. In this novel, the main protagonist is a policeman named Javert who upholds the law to the T, with absolute no regard to any grey area. He's not in the military, but he is in the police force and I find him to be an unreliable narrator.
