Sebastian and Hero work together closely on this case. Your thoughts about how they interacted?

Jo Ann (jojog) | 72 comments I was really happy about this, and I hope it continues into the next book (sounds like it will since they will be traveling together to Paris!)*
Hero and Sebastian are a good foil for one another. They see things just a bit differently, which helps them to pull discordant information together.

Perfectly stated, Jo Ann. They fit so well in their differences. What they do share are similar values.

Joanna | 139 comments I always like to read the first couple of books when they didn't particularly like each other and then read the current ones to see how far they have come together.

Oh, those early interactions were fun!

Phrynne | 607 comments Yes the early days were good fun. I do enjoy their relationship now though and they work well together.

I like the ease of their relationship and how they both raise Simon. Did you notice that he has Sebastian’s eyes?

Phrynne | 607 comments Yes I did! I was pleased about that.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 242 comments I love how Hero and Sebastian worked together. It is interesting that each new case not only solidifies how their skills complement each other, but it also pulls them together emotionally. Sebastian depends on Hero's comfort to get him through his tough nightmares. Hero is doing the same.

Wonderful observation, Sharon.
