One Point Tasks

Highland Park in Rochester, NY is home to the annual Lilac Festival covering 10 days starting Mother's Day weekend (except this year). There are over 1200 lilac shrubs representing over 500 varieties. Its quite a spectacular show.
1. Lilacs range in color from white to shades of pinks, and purples.
Read a book that has a WHITE, PINK, or PURPLE cover -OR- with a flower/flowering tree on the cover.
EXTRA POINT if it is a lilac (show cover).
2. The park was established in 1888 as one of the nation's first municipal arboretums.
Read a book set in the late 19th century -OR- that has all 5 letters in LILAC in the title ( may use all the title words including A and An).
