This book is a great desktop reference for anyone looking for a mentor. Anyone that has a mentor but do not have regular contact. I initially picked this book thinking it was another book about being a mentor and quickly learned it WAS A MENTOR !!!

The importance of this book is such that after I loaned someone a copy that was never returned I had to buy two more.. Another one to share and one for my desk. MUST have and does not just apply to just Airmen
