I thought it might be interesting to do this writing activity where one person initiates a story, the second person continues it, then the third person adds to it, and so on till someone winds up the story to the best of his/her abilities and declares it to be the end.
Each person can write more than one section of the story as long as the parts are not consecutive.
Hopefully, this activity will help you hone your creative skills—you'll need to use your imagination to figure out how to move the story forward that it's connected to the preceding scenario and contains a cue for the next scene.
However, we're doing it mostly for fun. There's no pressure regarding word choice, sentence structuring, or story plotting etc. Just take your cue from the previous entries, type a few lines to move the plot forward, and let the next person continue the story. Even people who have never written a story before can participate, and the professional authors who join in can focus on the fun of writing without having to stress about the tedious task of editing :-)
