Jamie Ross | 3 comments I know that this technically isn't a classic, but it is sitting on my shelf, begging me to read it! So, read it I must!

I assume you're wanting to read this for "classic romance" week, Jamie? It was changed to cover all romance, no worries about The Fault in Our Stars not being a classic. I'll be reading this at some point for the challenge (if I can hold off that long) so I'll be excited to discuss with you!

In the interest of keeping things organized, when you post your topics for the different weeks, you'll just want to select the folder for whatever week you want to read it in. I've gone ahead and moved this one to Week 2 for you. If there's already a topic started for a book you want to read, there's no need to make a second one - just join that convo and give your thoughts/share your experience.

Cris (cris_lectora) I started this for my second week (I know it's early, but I finished my first book yesterday and I decided to stay ahead while I can :P). I've only read about 20 pages, but so far so good.

Johanna | 31 comments I already finish the book (yeah I take the lead too)
And it was a great story, a lot of tear, a lot of surprises and a beautiful romance. It leave a bit hungry for more. The characters are sweet and we live the situations with them. I'm just annoyed by the translation (in french) who mess up with the end. Even if you know the end before the last chapter I just can't stop reading!

Cait (clickcait) | 480 comments I read this last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm glad to see other people are enjoying it. I love the way it's written.

Bana AZ (anabana_a) | 414 comments The movie didn't make me cry, but this book did. It's pretty great. I liked it.

Tessa (tms4341) | 25 comments 1/11/15 - I'm also going to read this book. I bought it before the movie came out and had intended to read it first. However, life got busy and I did go ahead and see the movie. I thought it was good and I'm excited to finally read the book.

1/31/15 - Finished the book today. It was a good book, short and quick (I stretched it out over 3 days but if I had had more time, 1-day is doable). I did not cry but then I had seen the movie before hand and knew what was going to happen. I would recommend the book to anyone. The best part for me was the short inserts of humor thoughout.

Sophie (sawphie) I decided to read it for week 3 and started it today to make a little bit of advance, but I already read a third, so it is definitely turning into my week 2 book.

Aj Fried | 3 comments I am also reading this book for week 2--Romance! I have heard good things about it. I am just a few pages in...but will review it too when I am done.

Cris (cris_lectora) I was pleasantly surprised by the book. I wasn't too sure I was going to like it but it turned out to be better than I expected.

Jenni Kemling | 65 comments This is one of my favorite books. I would've read it for week two, but I was trying to read books I have not yet read. It's a beautiful love story, and possibly one of the only books with romance in it that I love.

Laure | 25 comments I just finished my book for week 1 and the week 2 is The Fault In Our Stars so here I am! I didn't see the movie but, thanks to the trailers, I know the story. I think the book is gonna be great because of all the feelings a person can have, that mostly have a better description in books than movies. I probably look at the movie just after finishing!
So, I am ready to start but first, sleep!
Oh, and I want to see if I'm gonna cry because I don't cry easily. I like "challenging" me this way.

EDIT 01/18
While I'm the last person who had posted here, I edit it instead of double posting. So. I've finished. I could finish it in one day because I was really in the story, I really loved it so I ate the book. Really. It is amazing and it made me cry (not a lot of thing makes me cry, so I'm gonna have a problem with that category). When I love somthing, I xant to have the end, the following, everything, I want to know the rest so I don't let go the book until it is not over. And it is what I did. Amazing. I looked at the movie just after. I prefer the book, but the movie is not really failed. It is rather good.

Virginia (virginia18) | 3 comments I am also going to be reading The Fault in Our Stars for this week. I have read it before and really enjoyed it.

Tammy I've got this book down for week 40 - books that make me cry. It sounds like it'll fit!

Monique Baez | 47 comments Beginning this today. Certainly looking forward to it.

Monique Baez | 47 comments Began and finished this book today! I could not put it down! I loved the story. . As some Godreaders have commented, the main characters do seem a bit sophisticated for their age, but this did not bother me, and was not entirely unrealistic. I really enjoyed the book!

Grace Meredith (koreantrash) This will make you cry. There's no point denying it. I hope you realize this!
