I absolutely loved this book. Then again the protagonist is a plus-size, gamer girl, who is also passionate about social justice--so I think that has something to do with it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in gamer culture (or really anyone who just wants to read a graphic novel with some awesome female characters).

I wanted more from this book, but I'm not sure what. Did you read his For The Win? It explores some of gold mining and social justice stuff in much greater depth...perhaps a bit too much...very long book!
