Play Book Tag discussion

I read a collection by Baldwin last year (The Fire Next Time) and really liked it, so I added a few more of his works to my TBR. These essays were written during the 1940s ad 1950s when Baldwin was in his 20s, and it was really interesting to read about Baldwin’s experiences as a black man in both America and France. Baldwin’s writing is beautiful and what he writes is a relevant today as when he wrote these essays. Whilst I preferred The Fire Next Time, I highly recommend both works.
